Sarah Allen .


Girls Varsity Gymnastics Coach

Biography:

Sarah Allen is entering her first year as head coach of the Grand Ledge Gymnastics Team. Sarah was a competitive gymnast from 1993-2000 at Great Lakes Gymnast/Twistars USA gymnastics Club. Her senior year she started coaching recreation classes and did so for about 3 years until she transferred to Saginaw Valley State University.  Sarah began coaching levels 5-9 at Saginaw Gym Jesters.  She also helped coach tumbling to cheerleaders and was a MHSAA registered cheer official for over 16 years and judged 3 state finals.

 Sarah graduated from Dewitt High School in 2002 where she was apart of the high school diving team and received all state honors, she also did competitive cheer and ran track where she received her Varsity letter in all sports.

 Sarah has been apart of the Grand Ledge Community for 14 years. Sarah has a husband who officiates both football and baseball for MHSAA. She has two girls who are 8 and 10 and they attend St.Micheals Catholic School and a son who played football and wrestled for Grand Ledge High School and is now attending Alma College and playing Football.

Sarah is a licensed Insurance Agent and currently works full time at Big I Michigan as the Membership and Sales Manager.
 

Haley Grant.


Girls Varsity Gymnastics Coach

Biography:

Haley Grant is entering her 2nd year as head coach of the Grand Ledge Gymnastics Team. She was a competitive gymnast from 1990-2000 at Gym Quest in Napa, CA and then at NBAA in Vallejo, CA. During her first year of college she started coaching recreation classes for about 2 years, then started coaching level 5-8, and when she moved to Michigan she started coaching at Twistars, from Mommy & Me classes up to Level 8 for about 2 years.


 

Haley graduated from New Technology High School in Napa, CA in 2000 where she was did competitive club gymnastics all 4 years of high school. 


 

Haley has been a part of the Grand Ledge Community since moving here 9 years ago. Haley has a daughter who attends Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois. She did Pompon for Grand Ledge High school for 4 years, including the first Grand Ledge state winning team in 23-24.  She also has a son at Grand Ledge high school who does track and soccer. 


 

Haley currently works at a non profit in East Lansing called Association for child Development.
