Portland Invitational 08-16
The girls started off the season with our annual trip to Portland for the Portland Invite. We were coming back as the defending Champions and wanted to begin the season on a high note and the girls did just that by defending their title. They did not all play fabulous golf but they certainly did well enough to hold off the competition and winning by over 30 shots. There were four Comets that received individual medals that day for finishing in the top 10. Lead by two time All Conference Junior Vienne Sereseroz shooting a career low 77, and followed by Zoe Reimer, Marissa Vandermoere and Victoria Mills.
