Grand Ledge junior Avi Skinner had an incredible day at the Michigan High School Athletic Association Finals, posting the 4th fastest time in school history with a 18:14.2.

 

Her time was good for 26th place overall in the Division I meet making earning MHSAA All-State honors!  Avi posted the 2nd all-time fastest performance at the MHSAA Cross Country state finals in Grand Ledge Cross Country history! 

 

On the boys side of things, 11th grader Ben Rottier finished his 5k in 16:03.6 at 52nd place out of a field of 249 runners, while Rylen Richey finished in 16:35.3 at 138th place! These are outstanding performances for both of these gentleman in a remarkably competitive Division 1 race.
