The Grand Ledge Varsity Soccer team held on to knock off rival East Lansing 2-1 to earn a spot in the MHSAA District Championship Game. The Comets defeated Holt last week before defeating the Trojans at home for a spot in the finals against Okemos. The Championship game will kickoff this Thursday, October 16th at 7:00 p.m. at the stadium.
