Congratulations to the five members of the Grand Ledge Varsity Wrestling team that have advanced to compete at the MHSAA State Final March 6th and 7th at Ford Field in downtown Detroit. Eben Abdo brought home a regional title to advance at 132 pounds. Teammate Sam Steinacker took home the top spot at 215 to punch his ticket to the Ford Field Logan Tollison, the Division I defending state champion at 285 cruised to a regional title and will head back to Ford Field to defend his title. Ashton Delaney placed second at 175 pounds to qualify while Jackson Brown advanced with a third place finish at 120 pounds. Good Luck to all our Comets at the Division I State Finals at Ford Field!
