Grand Ledge Senior Avi Skinner ended her storied cross country career with a 52nd place finish at the MHSAA Division 1 State Finals at the Michigan International Speedway. Avi advanced to the finals after an impressive sixth place finish a week earlier at the Regional Meet at Dewitt High School. "Avi concludes a career today that cements her as one of the all time best runners in GL history," said Comet coach Fred Hutchinson. "I couldn’t be more proud of her accomplishments and the exemplary way she has always represented our program and our community over her career."
